Each plan comes with an individual Buzzly Number which is a telephone number in your own local calling area that is completely unique to you (making you share wouldn't be cool).
Buzzly Numbers look just like a normal phone number, except the receiving end of the number is the Buzzly system instead of a traditional phone.
Your Buzzly Number is how we connect your buzzer to our systems. When our systems receive a call to your number, we associate that call with your account, check your settings, and handle it accordingly. In some cases, that might mean forwarding the call to one, two, or ten phones of your choosing all at once. In times where a Virtual Fob or Scheduled Access period is in use, handling the call means answering it and opening the door on your behalf so you're not bothered.
You'll only need to handle your Buzzly Number once, and that's when you ask your building manager to update your buzzer to your new number. After that, you'll make all settings changes in your Buzzly dashboard.
