Buzzly is designed so that nobody will know you're using it unless you want to brag about how smart your buzzer is (or maybe send them a Virtual Fob). We don't believe in greeting people with a robotic voice or playing weird sounds through your buzzer.
From the standpoint of your guests, forwarded calls will ring through to you and be answered just like any normal buzzer call. In the event that your settings cause Buzzly to open the door on your behalf, our system sends the instruction to open the door as soon as the call connects.
Your Buzzly Number is a regular phone number, local to your calling area. Updating it in your buzzer system is the same as if you were to get a new cell phone number.
While we've made every effort to ensure that Buzzly is as seamless as possible, it's up to you to determine how to follow any rules that you might need to follow.
