What about payments and minimum contracts?

Billing and subscription details.

We think minimum contracts are annoying, so Buzzly doesn't have any.

You get to choose the length of service that you like, whether that's a month or a year. At any time, you can decide not to renew your plan after the current period and your plan will cancel without penalty once that month or year is done. (Although we'll be really sad to see you go! 😞)

Service fees are billed at the beginning of your period of service: monthly plans are billed every month starting from your date of sign up, and annual plans are billed for the year in advance.Β All plans renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You can always see your renewal date in your dashboard by clicking on "Plan & Usage".

In the super unlikely event of Buzztime overage being charged, charges are billed on your next invoice or if overage reaches a specified level as noted in your Buzzly dashboard. (Really, we mean it, it's super unlikely and to date less than 0.5% of our customers have ever gone over the amount included in their plan).

With the exception of our satisfaction promise, all service fees are non-refundable.
