Buzzly is designed with security in mind, and no, don't worry, we can't open your door! 🔒
We use the same encryption as your bank to ensure the use of the Buzzly Dashboard is secure.
Buzzly also logs every buzz that comes through (you can view this info on your dashboard) and will email you any time a Scheduled Access Period or Virtual Fob is used to gain access. You can also set Buzzly to reject any incoming call that doesn't come from your building's buzzer.
Since Buzzly can only respond to calls that come from your buzzer, it's not possible for our system to initiate the opening of a door from our end. As well, just for good measure, we do not store any address information about the location where Buzzly is in use (payment information is stored separately with our secure payment provider).
