Buzzly keeps track of Virtual Fob use in several ways to make it easy for you to keep on top of who is coming and going.
Each time a Virtual Fob is used, Buzzly will send you an email letting you know. The email will include the date and time that the fob was used, as well as the name of the Fob Holder.
We don't want to be annoying, so you can disable these notifications by clicking on your name at the top right of your Dashboard and choosing Email & Preferences.
All communication between your buzzer and your Buzzly Number is recorded in your Buzz History. Virtual Fob uses are no exception.
You can view your Buzz History by launching your Buzzly Dashboard, and selecting Buzz History from the menu under the appropriate Buzzly Number. When a Virtual Fob is used, you'll see Opened by Virtual Fob and the Fob Holder's name.
You can also view the last time a fob was used and how many times in total it has been used by selecting Virtual Fobs from the menu under the appropriate Buzzly number.
