Cancel your plan? We can't imagine why you'd want to do that!
In all seriousness, things come up and situations change, we get it. 😔
To cancel your plan, head to your Dashboard, and click on Plan & Usage under your Buzzly Number. Then, click the Turn Off Renewal button. Your plan will then cancel after your current period of service. All plans renew automatically unless cancelled prior to their renewal date.
When you turn off your plan renewal, you may get a message on your Dashboard asking for some feedback and why you're cancelling. We'd really appreciate if you can let us know as we're always looking to improve!
