How do I create a Virtual Fob?
Creating one takes about 20 seconds (we like things simple):
Open your Buzzly Dashboard.
Pick the Buzzly Number you want, then click Virtual Fobs in the sidebar.
Click Create Virtual Fob.
Under Who is this for?, give it a name you'll recognize later, like Dog Walker or Airbnb Guest.
Under When can they use it?, leave it on Always for now, or choose Set a Schedule if you want to limit the days and times.
Click Create Virtual Fob.
That's it. Your new Virtual Fob is ready to share.
When can the new Virtual Fob be used?
By default, a brand new Virtual Fob is valid anytime, so whoever you send it to can buzz in and let themselves up right away. If you'd rather they only have access during certain windows (say, weekday mornings for a dog walker), you can set that up too. We cover scheduling and every other option in Set up or edit a Virtual Fob.
How do I share it?
Once the Virtual Fob exists, open it to share it. You can send the link straight to someone by email, or copy the link and send it however you like (text, your own email, a chat). The full how-to lives in Set up or edit a Virtual Fob.
I don't see Virtual Fobs in my sidebar
Virtual Fobs aren't included on Buzzly Lite, so the option won't show up there. You can upgrade to Buzzly Home or Buzzly Social yourself anytime from the Plan & Usage page in your Dashboard, and the Virtual Fobs option appears right away.
