Good news: more than 99% of Buzzly users will never need this article. In nearly all cases, our standard Unlock Button settings unlock building doors just fine. Every now and then, though, a building needs a little extra attention (and really, who can blame it?).
If the standard setting isn't working for your building, try the alternate tone:
Open the Overview page for your Buzzly Number and click the Unlock Button tile.
On Standard, check Use alternate tone. (This option only shows up for buttons that have an alternate version.)
The alternate tone uses a slightly different method to unlock the door, and it often does the trick when the standard one doesn't.
