Currently, when you get a phone call from your buzzer, you press a button on your phone to tell the buzzer to unlock the door. This number is different for every buzzer system, and Buzzly needs to know what it is for some features to work, specifically Scheduled Access Periods and Virtual Fobs.
Important Note: It's important that you confirm that you set the correct unlock button. Setting the incorrect button can prevent Buzzly from successfully unlocking your door. This setting is the button you use right now when you receive a regular call from your buzzer. This setting is not used to choose an alternate button.
To Set Your Unlock Button:
Choose Settings & Forwarding from the menu bar under the appropriate Buzzly Number.
Find Unlock Button under Settings.
Click the number you currently press on your phone to open your door.
That's it! Buzzly will remember this from now on. If you make a mistake, just select a different number.
