In nearly all cases, our standard Unlock Button Settings will successfully unlock building doors. In rare cases, however, some buildings require a little bit of extra attention.
If the standard Unlock Button Setting is not working for your building, you may enable the Alternate Unlock Tone toggle under Settings and Forwarding from your Buzzly Dashboard.
When enabled, the Alternate Unlock Tone will employ a modified version of standard Unlock Buttons that may be more successful for your building.
